With ever increasing drives towards efficiency, effectiveness and accountability the Local Government is currently undergoing momentous change in the way that it develops and offers its services, allocation of resources and the overruling allocation of public money. There is now, more than ever, a need to go beyond basic surveys and analysis and really put the citizen back at the Heart of the Local Government.
