Password: Assigned by AdministratorBefore accessing your course for the first time, we ask that you please wait 24 hours or one (1) business day to allow for processing your order.
You will be required to enter a user name and a password. Your user name will typically be your current e-mail address (or a shorter version of your e-mail address if it is too long). Your password is assigned within the system and is forwarded to you in your confirmation letter.
If you are having difficulties opening or running the Web-based courses, please send an e-mail to trainingsales@spss.com; e-mails are typically answered within 48 business hours.
Your access to the Web-Based Training course lasts for 180 days, beginning 24 hours or one (1) business day after the date of purchase. It is non-transferable and violators will lose access privileges.
Access to your Web-Based Training course is for your personal use only and is non-transferable. SPSS reserves the right to cancel your access at any time if it is determined that access privileges are not being used appropriately.
