Training subscription services last for 6 months or 12 month term, beginning at your date of purchase. The subscription is issued to one individual and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend training classes for which you are registered please contact SPSS Customer Service (1.800.521.1337) or email custserv@spss.com as soon as possible. SPSS must receive your cancellation request at least 10 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of a training class. If your cancellation is received within 10 days, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the standard course fee.
Course materials will be distributed to subscription service customers who register for, attend and complete a public course only.
Registration for public training courses is subject to seat availability. Subscription services do not apply to the following courses/offerings: web based training, computer-based training, marketing events and seminars.
SPSS reserves to the right to change or modify the courses available under the subscription program and the location of courses at any time.
Training Subscriptions will not be extended beyond their original term. We strongly advise all customers to review the offerings of classes prior to purchase of a subscription. Please note that the Training Subscription Service provides access to courses nationwide and no guarantee of local availability of all courses is expressed or implied.
