All speaking proposals for SPSS Directions 2009 must be received by 31 December 2008.

Presentation abstract (100-150 words)
Suggested content includes information about:
  • Your organisation and the business need or challenge(s)
  • The solution applied and its implementation
  • The business results and improvements
  • Lessons learned

3-5 bullet points briefly describing what an attendee will learn in the session
