Quancept CATI™


Quancept CATI includes technologies and features helpful for everyone involved with telephone research—interviewers, call center supervisors, programmers, and researchers—improving operations at every step in the process. Quancept CATI features include:

  • Support for simple or complex surveys. Programmers and researchers alike can create surveys that efficiently handle simple or complex requirements using a powerful scriptwriting language. For multilingual surveys, Quancept CATI supports translation.
  • Easy start-up. The interviewer requests a telephone number, and Quancept provides the number and any additional respondent information, such as name and occupation. The interviewer records the call outcome and starts interviewing.
  • Flexible sample management system (SMS). Interviewers can concentrate on interviewing because the SMS tracks all calls automatically and prompts rules such as "re-try a busy number every 30 minutes." Quancept's standard procedures, or algorithms, are designed to cover the most widely used sampling rules. You can also customize these algorithms, using virtually any sampling procedure.
  • Full control during interviewing. Supervisors can directly view surveys as they happen, ensuring quality and improving productivity. They can even adjust rules while surveys are live, review samples to ensure enough numbers are available, and monitor the quality of interviews.
  • Automatic quota counting. If you set specific respondent quotas, Quancept CATI will automatically keep track of them and alert interviewers when the target has been reached.
  • Analyze the results. Quancept CATI stores the data collected in an industry-standard format, so you can choose the right data analytics package, including PASW® Data Collection*, Quantum™, Quanvert™, and PASW Statistics*, for your needs.
