With its easy-to-use graphical interface, In2quest is popular with all types of users. There’s no need for technical jargon or complex procedures, so training new users is a breeze. This frees the expert survey designers to concentrate on the most complex work.
In2quest works well with long and short surveys, and both simple and complex routing. It supports multiple question types, including single- or multiple-choice, numeric, or grid. If you are conducting CAPI or Web interviewing, it enables you to incorporate pictures, videos, or audio recordings. Run it on kiosks, laptops, and lightweight pen computers, so you can interview people anywhere.
Supervisors have an easy-to-use interface to manage complex projects using simple techniques, such as drag and drop. They control the information on PCs in the field, ensuring that projects are managed from one central location. Allocating respondents to the right interviewers is fast and efficient and it is easy to track how many interviews have been completed as the survey progresses.
With the optional In2phone module, In2quest is ideal for telephone research projects with around 20 interviewers. In2phone links to a Microsoft® Access® database containing respondent names and phone numbers. Design the survey to display contact details as the first question, and In2phone will select the records that fulfill the quota. The interviewer then dials, or In2phone will do it. Interviewers can edit incorrect details online and In2phone automatically updates the database. They can insert the respondent's name in questions to act as a reminder during the interview. In2phone also allows interviewers to set appointments to call respondents back.
In2quest helps track the progress of targets, allowing you to stop interviews as soon as you have reached the target. or you can change the targets during the survey.
Logical checks and routing that you can build into surveys means that data is clean and ready for immediate analysis. Benefit from integration with IBM SPSS Statistics* by defining tables, graphs, and charts while designing the survey. As soon as the data has been collected, IBM SPSS Statistics will create reports and analyses. Or export data to Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel®.
Translate questions and answers within In2form Designer. Once the translations are complete, choose whether you present each interviewer with a range of languages or just one.
Use the same questionnaire for large-scale CATI, Web- or paper-based research with Quancept or IBM SPSS Data Collection Paper*. With In2form Designer, save your surveys—or parts of them—and recall them from libraries that you build over time. You only create the parts of the survey that are new—never having to re-type a question, response, or logic check that you've used before.
A survey design module, In2form has a graphical user interface and the features that allow you to define IBM SPSS Statistics* software analyses while writing the questionnaire. With In2form, you can:
It is also available as a stand-alone tool called In2form Designer.
