We created this program in response to the needs of some of our larger customers who have more complex solution or application installations. This program provides a single point of contact within SPSS so that it's more convenient for your organization to voice concerns and ensure that any issues are resolved. To provide greater flexibility in how you use our services, SPSS Worldwide Services offers SPSS Service Units or SSUs. Your organization may purchase SSUs in packets ranging in size from X to X units. You can then apply these units either toward SPSS Training or SPSS Consulting activities.
