Our Swedish Tele-Sales business continues to grow and we are therefore looking for more colleagues to support our growth.

Position Summary:

Actively selling a full range of SPSS offerings both to new customers and to the existing customer base over the phone.
Dealing with all telephone, web and email sales enquiries from new prospects and existing SPSS customers.
In addition to dealing with all incoming enquires it is the responsibility of Account Representatives to call leads generated by Marketing and to proactively call into the customer base with the view to increasing sales revenue.
You will handle in-coming customer service and non-technical calls as well as being responsible for the sale of core SPSS products, training, maintenance.
Providing written quotations, seminars, webinars and marketing materials to meet and support customer requirements
As a result of incoming and outgoing sales activities, create and maintain customer contact information, lead and opportunities, within the SPSS Contact Management system.
The position requires a self-motivated & driven individual with experience in selling to prospects and qualifying leads over the phone.
Ability to progress in the long term to Field Sales.
Full training and support will be given.

Key Skills

University degree incorporating an element of analytics
Excellent verbal and written communication, particularly on the phone
Computer literacy
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work on your own initiative within a busy team environment
