Flexible sample management system (SMS)-Interviewers can concentrate on interviewing because Quancept CATI's powerful sample management system tracks all calls automatically. Quancept CATI prompts rules such as "re-try a busy number every 30 minutes"
Full control during interviewing-Supervisors can directly view surveys as they happen, ensuring quality and productivity. They can even adjust rules while surveys are live. For example, a supervisor can decide to re-try the busy numbers five times instead of four to maximize potential respondents on a given night.
Automatic quota counting-Interviewers don't have to worry about keeping track of quotas. If you set specific respondent quotas (such as 100 females and 70 males) for a survey, Quancept CATI will automatically keep track of them and alert interviewers when the target has been reached. You can build custom chart types in Microsoft Excel® and use them within Desktop Reporter to control the exact format and layout of each chart.
