Course Description: At the end of this training you are able to use SPSS PredictiveClaims in the Claim Handling process and the Special Investigation process to distinguish between several types of claims: claims to be settled right away due to low likelihood of fraud, and claims that should definitely be sent to the Special Investigation Unit because of high fraud risk. You will be able to deploy the knowledge of the fraud investigators real time in the front office claim handling process and you will learn how to optimize known risk indicators using the results of predictive analytics on former claims investigated. This process will also lead to the discovery of new risk indicators.
