Course Description: This two-day course covers the necessary insights and skills for using SPSS Event Builder. You will learn the concepts of SPSS’ solution for cross campaign optimization: predictive analytics application for targeting the right customers, contact policy enforcement and value based and constraint based optimization across multiple campaigns. You will gain hands-on experience of SPSS Event Builder software by designing and optimizing multiple campaigns based on your own business measures.

Who Should Attend: Everyone involved in deciding on the net selection of customers for one or more campaigns (e.g. list managers, marketing managers, product managers, channel managers).
Prerequisite: Familiar with the concepts of predictive analytics, aware of the issues when faced with multiple campaigns to be optimized. Knowledge of building the customer view using SPSS Model Builder module Expert is highly recommended (DDEX course, part one).
