Use your preferred HTML editor, including Macromedia® Dreamweaver® and others, to create customized, reusable templates. And you can even create survey scripts using any language (Western or non Western).
Using an option in mrStudio™ with mrInterview enables you to build, edit, preview, and test surveys on your desktop. There's no need to send them to a Web server first. You can develop survey scripts faster, and be able to preview the look of individual questions or entire surveys in a pop-up browser. You can test surveys as respondents would by completing the survey yourself or automatically generating test data to evaluate the survey against any combination of responses. You can even use a visual representation of the questions being asked to determine whether sections or individual questions may be skipped or missed due to inaccurate routing.
The need for online research is expanding rapidly. And, as declining response rates and rising costs limit the cost-effectiveness of other survey methods, online research may become even more important than it is today. mrInterview provides you with what you currently need for online data collection and what you'll need in the future-regardless of your project volumes.
mrInterview supports varying survey loads. With it, you can run all of your interviewing operations on either a single server or on multiple servers. If your Web survey business outgrows your existing capacity, all you need to do is add more servers.
If you install mrInterview on multiple servers, you can run surveys uninterrupted, around the clock. If, for some reason, one of your mrInterview servers stops during interviewing process, the others automatically take over. The transfer from one server to another can happen mid-interview, without the respondent being aware of it.
Other survey research software tends to store data in non-standard formats, which makes it difficult to share data between families of different tools, or even for the same survey conducted using different methods. To make your data easily accessible, mrInterview stores data in an industry-standard database.
The Dimensions Data Model™ enables you to access the data directly from mrInterview with mrTables™, software from SPSS that allows you to create more sophisticated cross tabulations that help you better understand your data. Additionally, you can export data to your desktop for analysis. There, you can work with the data using other analytical software, such as SPSS®, Quantum™, Quanvert™, SPSS Text Analysis for Surveys™, or Clementine®.
