In order to affect a return with SPSS, the return must meet the following guidelines:
SPSS has a 60-day return policy that allows customers to return products 60 days from the date of shipment. HOWEVER, this policy applies only to single user software licenses. If a customer expresses desire to return, or returns without authorization, outside of this policy, then the customer is operating outside of the stated policy. Customers who purchase a single user software license from SPSS Inc. North America can return the software by following the guidelines listed below:
Under the guidelines listed above, SPSS will refund to the customer the purchase price, less any bundle price discount where applicable, of the software being returned.
