Alpha Credit Belgium gains insight into customer behavior
In Belgium, more than 30 percent of vehicle dealers provide customers with financing packages, often in the form of a loan from market leader Alpha Credit. Alpha Credit chose SPSS for Windows® to enhance its efficiency in assessing loan applicants. With SPSS for Windows, Alpha Credit develops and monitors customer credit scores, and also forecasts credit risks. As a result, Alpha Credit has expedited its loan process: 80-90 percent of all loan applications are accepted instantly, and the remaining high-risk applications are either rejected or investigated further.
