AIDA Cruises sails ahead with fleet expansion
AIDA Cruises, the number one provider of holiday cruises based in Germany, recently purchased SPSS’ PredictiveMarketing™ software to optimize yield management of its ships and better serve passengers. Although AIDA currently operates four international cruise ships, it plans to expand its fleet to seven ships by 2010. Since AIDA will be more than doubling its cruising capacity, the company wanted to enhance its marketing processes. Data analysis appeals to the National Center for State Courts
The National Center for State Courts (NCSC), which offers solutions that enhance court operations with the latest technology, has selected SPSS’ predictive analytics software for its research and court consulting branches. Within these areas of the organization, NCSC uses SPSS solutions to examine data on court sentencing, judicial and staff workload, court performance, domestic violence research, and general court statistics at the state level.
