EDF Energy uses Clementine® to enhance customer service
What’s the most efficient way to analyze millions of customer records? EDF Energy has chosen Clementine, SPSS’ data mining solution, to analyze its five million customer records and pinpoint the geographical areas where customers are most likely to go into debt. This information helps EDF Energy predict which accounts will be paid, which accounts will require collection in person, and which accounts will be written off. SPSS welcomes Alex Kormushoff as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Services
Alex Kormushoff, a technology veteran with 26 years of experience, recently joined SPSS as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Services. Kormushoff will provide strategic and operational direction to SPSS’ consulting, training, technical support, and online service functions. “We have very high expectations for Alex, as he has a background of the highest caliber,” said SPSS Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Jon Otterstatter. “With his depth of technology experience, management savvy, and keen intellect, we anticipate that he’ll bring a new level of excellence to SPSS’ Worldwide Services.”
