CATI Sample Management
Managing the sample is a vital part of any efficient CATI survey,
to issue calls and determine what to do with each sample record.
Our Sample Management System (SMS) offers a set of tools with unrivaled
power and flexibility. With it, virtually any sample management
procedure can be successfully implemented:
- Use one general SMS with several controls that can be turned on/off depending
on the survey, or define several different SMS setups to use for different
types of survey methodologies (business, consumer, random digit dialing, etc.)
- Determine how the sample is managed, to meet your individual sample needs
- Define as many queues (storage areas for sample records) as desired. Common
queues are complete, dead, refer to supervisor, and awaiting fixed appointment,
though definitions can be set to meet your specific sample management needs
- Ensure that all sampling criteria defined by the algorithm writer are met
before sending a selected record to an interviewer
- Accept incoming calls
- Run detailed reports on sample distribution and interviewer productivity
