Terms and Conditions for Booking a Course at SPSS Belux / Showcase Benelux SA-NV
Please note that you have agreed to the following terms and conditions:
Payment Details - Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
Cancellation Policy & Terms and Conditions
If you wish to cancel this booking for any reason (including sickness and transfer of course/date), we will apply the following terms; more than 4 weeks notice – 100% refund, more than 2 weeks notice – 50% refund, less than 2 weeks notice – no refund. All cancellations must be made in writing and will take effect from the date of receipt. Refunds are based on the amount originally invoiced including any discounts applied at the time. SPSS reserve the right to cancel courses at any time – full refunds will be offered in these instances. However, no cash refunds will be available to Corporate Card and Five Day Card holders; they will have the appropriate number of days allocated back, and will be made available for future course bookings until the expiry dates of the Corporate Card /Five Day Card. Corporate Cards and Five Day Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable once purchased.
- Each training day purchased with a Corporate Card is the equivalent of one day of public training for one person. Training days on a Corporate Card are not transferable and can only be used by staff of the participating organization and must be signed by an authorized signatory.
- Corporate Cards can be redeemed against any public training course listed on the training schedule.
- Corporate Cards /Five Day Cards days unused at the end of the 12 month period will not be refunded or carried over.
- The use of Corporate Cards and the Five Day Card as payment for a course disqualifies the attendee from receiving any other discounts that may otherwise apply.
- The Five Day Card is only valid for one person.
- The Five Day Card is not transferable between individuals and only the individual nominated at the first training subscription will be entitled to attend the five days of public training.
- Course places are subject to availability and it is the responsibility of the participating organization to book places.
Please read the following carefully if you have purchased Web Based Training:
Web Based Training: You and SPSS agree that the use of WBT shall be subject to the following terms and conditions;
- Duration - SPSS will give you access to the Web Based Training course for 6 months only, which begin no later than one (1) business day after the date of order. SPSS makes no warranty as to the service, but if the service is unavailable through the fault of SPSS, then it will extend the period of use by the equivalent period.
- Cancellation - Completion and submission of the booking to SPSS accepts all terms and conditions. Orders are non-refundable either in part or in full.
- Access - Access to your Web Based Training is for your personal use only and is non-transferable. SPSS reserves the right to cancel your access at any time if it is determined that access privileges are not being used appropriately.
- Technical Support - No further technical support will be offered other than the online troubleshooting guide.
- Payment - An invoice will be sent to you upon receipt of this order, and is payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Full payment is required, whether the course is completed within the 6 months period or not. Payment is not dependent upon final use. I have read and accept all the terms and conditions above and accept that SPSS' terms of trade have precedent over any terms indicated on my company's Purchase Order or accompanying the Purchase Order.
