Restricted to particular types of surveys?

In2form Designer is equally well suited to surveys of virtually all types and sizes and contains facilities to help you with all your design needs. You can write any kind of questions, whether single or multiple choice, numeric, open-ended or grid. You can rotate, randomize or reverse responses and questions, as well as build up complex logic checks and routing procedures. If you are conducting CAPI or Web interviewing, In2form allows you to incorporate pictures, videos or audio recordings.

Unable to design multilingual surveys?

For multilingual surveys, you can translate the question and answer texts within In2form. Once the translations are complete, you choose whether you wish to present each interviewer with a range of languages or just one.

Retyping questions you've used before?

In2form Designer is a highly efficient survey design tool because you can save your surveys, or even parts of them, and recall them from libraries that you build up over time. For example, you may have a survey that you conduct every week - an omnibus survey, with a standard structure and questions that are repeated every time, but there may be entire sections that change every week. With In2form, you only create the parts of the survey that are new. You never have to re-type a question, response or logic check that you've used before; you just select them from your library. And it's not just the texts that are saved; it's the screen design too. To make you even more productive, you can use a list of responses in multiple places within the same survey. You only have to type or edit your list of brands once, even though you are using that list in a number of places within the survey.

Juggling with different tools for different studies?

In2form's flexibility gives you a choice of interviewing medium. You design the questionnaire once and then you can use the same survey for CATI, CAPI, Web or paper interviewing.

You can, of course, interview with In2quest, the CAPI package that is integrated with In2form. This allows you to design the interview screens for In2quest to suit your precise needs; and you can even preview each question in In2form exactly as it appears to the field interviewer. If you prefer, you can also interview with Quancept CATI, CAPI or Web because In2form generates Quancept interviewing scripts.

Since paper questionnaires are the most popular survey method worldwide, In2form includes direct links to mrPaper, our paper questionnaire formatting product. With a click of the mouse in In2form, mrPaper creates a professionally formatted questionnaire in Microsoft Word—you do not have to interface with any dialogs in Word or mrPaper.

Worried about updating existing Quancept scripts?

You can import question and response texts from Quancept, SPSS MR's data collection suite, directly into In2form at the click of a mouse. You don't lose your work, and there is no duplication of effort. This means that you are free to choose the package that best suits your needs for survey design or interviewing.

Waiting too long for the analyses?

You will benefit from In2form's direct links to SPSS, allowing you to define tables, graphs and charts while designing the survey. As soon as the data has been collected, SPSS will automatically create your reports and analyses, giving you important efficiency gains.
